Red Ribbon Art
Red Ribbon week is celebrated once a year to focus attention on positive aspects of a child’s life and try to steer them away from the harmful effects of substance abuse. To accomplish this goal, a number of activities took place one year lead by a parent volunteer, Mrs. Lele Galer. Each grade created large banners of different perspectives of the sun that displayed positive messages about life.
